What is your returns policy for custom designed products?

 

Goods can only be returned for a refund if found to be FAULTY.

 

In the unlikely event that an item is FAULTY, please notify us within 7 days and a returns reference will be issued (goods must be returned within 21 days). Returned goods will not be accepted back without your returns reference.

 

Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer - Customers should obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.

 

When trying to pay i get an error ref ((10505)) saying the transaction cannot be processed, what does this mean?

 

Error 10505 means: 10505 - Gateway Decline

 

Our system is not able to validate the address you have entered on the order against that registered on the card. 

 

Please ensure the invoice/billing address you are entering matches to where the card is registered to.

Please contact your bank to see why the transaction is being declined or maybe try another card?
